Laurie Saroff Founder & Executive Director
With over two decades on Capitol Hill, Laurie is a seasoned political strategist and advocate. She had the privilege of serving for two Senators and three Members of Congress, including as Chief of Staff. She has worked for Members with varying perspectives and understands the different needs of offices who are in safe versus competitive districts.
As a manager, Laurie was recognized for leading offices with high staff retention, ie a good place to work, and the most productive freshman office.
She advises the next generation of leaders by providing counsel to Members of Congress, senior professionals, and those launching their political careers.
She is a sought after speaker on leadership to provide guidance for political staff to take their careers and team to the next level.
Laurie is passionate creating and being part of networks that promote women working in politics and innovation-driven fields. She is the founder and executive director of the Capitol Jewish Women's Network, a board member of the GlobalWIN Advisory Council and 131&Counting. Finally, although from Pittsburgh where her heart is, she worked mainly for the California delegation and is the co-president of the California State Society.
